Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in facility team. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and help patients regain independence while delivering compassionate care.

This role requires graduation from an ACOTE/AOTA-accredited program, NBCOT certification, and licensure eligibility. We value growth, mentorship, and patient-centered approaches; be part of a team that empowers patients to get their power back.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Contribute to restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing independence.
• Collaborate with peers and refer to other care when needed.
• Provide patient-centered care in a caring atmosphere.
