Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility rehabilitation team. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments designed to restore independence for patients.

Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you will collaborate with clinicians across disciplines, provide compassionate care, and help patients regain strength and function in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Initial NBCOT certification.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities and follow recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and help patients regain independence.
• Collaborate with a team and refer to ensure patient care.

Education
