Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in counseling or related field required.
• State Certification in School Counseling required.
• Experience in organization, individual and group counseling.
• Trauma and critical incidents training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students to support academic, personal, and social development.
• Implement and evaluate a comprehensive guidance program.
• Provide referrals and support for students with various needs.
• Assist in transition planning for students moving between school levels.
• Maintain program documentation and reporting.
