Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

• Ability to instruct students using a variety of technology applications and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum and instructional best practices for online learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans that fulfill the district curriculum requirements.
• Prepare lessons with accommodations for different learning styles.
• Present subject matter according to TEA guidelines and district policies.
• Plan and use appropriate instructional strategies and technology.
• Assess student learning styles and plan accordingly.
• Collaborate with special education staff to modify curricula.
• Set instructional goals with staff and supervise aides or volunteers.
• Provide feedback and track student progress.
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain safety.
• Support students with technology setup and navigation.
• Communicate with parents and district personnel regularly.
• Attend faculty meetings and participate in staff development.
