Job summary

LIFESPAN Services is hiring a compassionate Life Coach to work 1:1 with individuals in a community setting. You will help promote independence, support inclusion, and mentor clients to build social skills within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Background check and healthcare registry check required
• First Aid/CPR certification required or training provided by American Red Cross
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently (per policy)

Responsibilities

• Teach skills to promote independence.
• Support inclusion and integration.
• Mentor individuals to build social skills and relationships.
• Provide guidance and support in daily activities.
• Document activities and outcomes in electronic health records.
• Coordinate transportation and weekly schedules as needed.
