The role emphasizes building trust, empowering clients, and promoting independence while coordinating with a supportive team and maintaining thorough records.

Qualifications

• Empathy and compassionate care for clients.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and cultures.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, respectful relationships with clients.
• Teach everyday life skills with patience, care, and cultural sensitivity.
• Support clients with appointments, social events, errands, and community access—including transportation when needed.
• Champion independence, empowerment, and self-advocacy.
• Keep clear, timely records and collaborate with a supportive team.
