Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as mandated by state regulations.
• Completion of CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• CPR certification within 30 days if not already held.
• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree with relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and implementing personalized speech and language treatment plans.
• Identifying issues and adjusting therapy strategies as needed.
• Tracking and documenting patient progress and responses to treatment.
