Requirements include CCC-SLP/CCC-A, current license, CPR, and a valid driver’s license; home health experience is preferred. This is a full-time, field-based opportunity with patient interaction.

• Current and unrestricted professional license is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Mansioni

• Evaluate, direct and provide speech-language pathology services in home or facility.
• Develop and review Plan of Treatment and Plan of Care.
• Assess and treat disorders of speech, language, voice, swallowing.
• Administer and interpret diagnostic tests and screenings.
