Mountlake Terrace Assured Home Health, part of the LHC Group and Optum family, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide in-home therapy and help patients restore their fullest physical ability.

You will work under an OT's supervision, following state laws and the plan of care while educating patients and families, and collaborating with other caregivers to deliver quality care in home settings.

Qualifications

• Washington OTA license current.
• CPR certification current.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle or reliable public transportation.
• Ability to serve diverse patient populations in home settings.

Responsabilités

• Follow all state laws governing home health occupational therapy and adhere to the supervising OT's plan of care.
• Instruct and assist patients in evidence-based treatment within the OTA scope and state regulations.
• Observe, document, and report patient responses and changes to the nurse and physician.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques within OTA scope.
