Soma in Pembroke Pines, FL is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model the level of hospitality Soma delivers daily. You’ll translate brand priorities into coaching on the floor and in back-of-house operations to drive consistency and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 2 years of retail management experience, flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
