Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. is hiring part-time Early Intervention clinicians to deliver home-based services to families with children birth to 3 with developmental delays.

You will work on a trans-disciplinary team, provide screenings, parent coaching, and coordinate Individual Family Service Plans across the catchment area. The role requires a Master’s in Social Work or related field with licensure (LCSW/LICSW or LMHC/LMFT eligibility), strong communication, and proficiency in Office

Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work with active LCSW/LICSW licensure.
• Alternatively, a Master’s in Counseling/Psychology with LMHC/LMFT licensure or eligibility.
• Two years pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe and Office365.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
