Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Background checks required (OPWDD, The Justice Center) and completion of orientation program.
• Current SCIP, CPR/First Aid, and AMAP certifications required for full-time position; similar requirements for part-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including grooming, meals, and mobility.
• Encourage independence, community inclusion, and participation in hobbies.
• Monitor and record progress, report to supervisors.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness, follow health protocols.
• Attend required trainings and orientation.
