Qualifications

Compassionate and dependable attitude.
Age 18 or older.

Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass background screenings and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and household tasks.
Encourage community involvement, recreation, and social engagement.
Help individuals achieve personal goals and increase independence.
Administer medications as trained and authorized.
