Job summary

The Mishkon Division of The Jewish Board is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will support daily living, meal preparation, and community integration under a person-centered plan, while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, a preferred driver’s license, and experience with similar populations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• A driver’s license is preferred to meet insurance requirements.
• Experience with similar populations in a residential setting is preferred.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
• Develop, supervise, and run activity sessions.
• Accompany individuals on trips and medical appointments.
• Administer medications as needed/ directed.
• Complete documentation in electronic records promptly.
