Job summary

Premier Community Supports, LLC. in Florence, Oregon, is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide person-centered in-home and community-based care. You will support individuals with IDD, help them achieve daily goals, and engage with the community to enhance independence and participation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months of experience with IDD or 1 year with mental health conditions preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and accurate documentation.
• Background check required per Oregon rules.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle when transportation is part of duties.
• CPR/First Aid certification required; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support per ISP to promote independence.
• Assist with daily living tasks and community activities.
• Assist with transportation and accompany to appointments.
• Maintain documentation and report changes in health or behavior.
• Collaborate with family and support team.
• Adhere to health, safety, and privacy regulations.
