Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Minimum 6 months experience working with the I/DD community or 1 year caregiving/related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle if transportation duties apply.

Responsibilities

• Build supportive relationships and deliver care that aligns with their Individual Support Plan (ISP).
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Facilitate community participation by helping the individual plan and attend activities.
