PREMIER COMMUNITY SUPPORTS, LLC. in Grants Pass is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide high-quality, personalized care for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, community participation and maintaining detailed documentation.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 6 months experience working with the I/DD community or 1 year caregiving experience preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver person-centered care and support as per the Individual Support Plan.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities.
• Facilitate community participation and engagement.
