Job summary

Premier Community Supports, LLC, located in Lake Oswego, is seeking passionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide high-quality, person-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will support individuals in living fulfilling lives by promoting their autonomy and community engagement.

The ideal candidate should have at least a high school diploma, be at least 18 years old, and preferably have experience working with I/DD community. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Preferred: Minimum 6 months experience with I/DD community or 1 year caregiving experience.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
