Job summary

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Competency in essential job functions.
• Clear criminal background clearance.
• Active U.S. driver’s license meeting criteria.
• High School reading and writing in English.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and mobility support.
• Successful completion of Medication Administration Training.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered supports to empower individuals.
