This part-time role covers Saturday and Sunday 8:00 am - 2:00 pm at 3rd Ave in Shakopee, with growth opportunities, ongoing training, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clear criminal background clearance.
• Active U.S. driver’s license that meets driving eligibility criteria.
• High School reading and writing English proficiency.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and mobility support.

Responsibilities

• Implement person-centered supports to help individuals achieve goals.
• Foster positive interactions with individuals, peers, families, and community.
• Document activities, services, and progress per policies and regulations.
• Support medical needs, including accompanying to appointments and personal cares.
• Promote community integration and socialization through varied activities.
• Assist with financial tasks and budgeting skills.
• Attend trainings and review training materials to stay updated.
• Coordinate meal preparation respecting dietary needs and safety.
