Job summary

Thomas Allen is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for the Northview location in South St. Paul, MN.

This full-time, on-site role supports individuals in residential and community settings with person-centered care and activities scheduled Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm, plus alternating weekends. The position offers hourly pay ranging from $18.00 to $21.00, with higher wages based on experience and certifications; a separate sleep/overnight rate applies.

• Implement person-centered supports to help individuals reach goals.

• Participate in trainings and stay updated on materials.
