• Successful completion of Medication Administration Training provided by Thomas Allen Inc.

Responsibilities

• Implement person-centered supports to help individuals achieve long- and short-term goals.
• Foster positive interactions with individuals, families, and the community.
• Document activities, services, and progress per policies and regulations.
• Assist with daily routines and personal cares; accompany to appointments; support medical needs as directed.
