Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clear criminal background clearance.
• Active U.S. driver’s license meeting company criteria.
• High School proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and mobility support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routines and personal cares.
• Provide proactive, person-centered supports in residential and community settings.
• Document activities and progress per policies and regulations.
• Support medical needs, accompany to appointments, and assist with personal cares.
• Coordinate meal preparation and dietary compliance.
• Promote community integration through varied leisure activities.
• Respond to inquiries and communicate with supervisors in a timely manner.
