Hope Network seeks a Direct Support Professional in Grandville, MI, for the 2nd shift. You will provide compassionate, person-centered support in residential and rehabilitation programs, helping individuals develop daily living skills and participate in their communities.

This role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and respect. You will assist with personal care, health needs, documentation, and meaningful activities while promoting independence and dignity.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with people with disabilities, mental health needs, or caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist individuals as needed.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
