Job summary

The role includes housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation with a company vehicle during all hours.

Qualifications

• Must pass Department of Human Services background check.
• Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance as required by state law.
• Successful completion of Medication Administration class (80% or greater).
• Ability to use a computer and perform data/documentation tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily cares, medical needs, ADLs and mental health supports.
• Plan and implement recreation, leisure and community activities.
• Drive to appointments and activities using a company vehicle.
• Maintain medication administration records and follow CSSP/CSSP-A plans.
• Maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA and MORA policies.
