Qualifications

• Proof of High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR to drive agency vehicles.
• Medication certification within the provisional period.
• Ability to write legibly and communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to perform physical interventions when needed.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to individuals according to policy and daily routines.
• Safely transport individuals as assigned per supervision level.
• Assist with tasks per individual treatment plans and life skills activities.
• Participate in treatment teams and document appropriately.
• Maintain boundaries and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Complete required logs, communications, and notifications as directed.
• Support agency policies, trainings, and quality improvement directives.
