Job summary

Qualifications

• Proof of High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• Medication certification within provisional period.
• Ability to write legibly.
• Ability to communicate effectively with disciplines and individuals served.
• Ability to perform physical interventions.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, therapeutic direct care to individuals.
• Dispense medications per policy and assist with daily routines.
• Supervise individuals per treatment plans and life skills activities.
• Engage in treatment team discussions and recommendations.
• Support in personal care and boundary setting.
• Complete logs and maintain timely communications.
