Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals to identify or acquire independent living skills.
• Provide direct care per agency policy.
• Supervise daily schedules and life skills activities.
• Dispense medications per policy.
• Transport individuals safely as required.
• Assist with tasks per individual treatment plan.
• Participate in treatment team or recommendation process.
• Maintain appropriate boundaries.
• Complete logs and communications, notify Administrator on Duty as needed.
• Engage in supervision and staff development opportunities.
• Support planning, attendance, and punctuality.
