Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and assist with heavier lifts.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive Springbrook vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Be a good role model and advocate for the people you support.
• Observe, discuss, and help assess goals to develop personal plans.
• Support daily living activities and personal care as needed.
• Promote choice and independence while providing protective oversight.
• Complete required billing documentation for supports and services.
• Attend team meetings and 1:1 meetings with supervisor.
• Maintain safe, clean environments and follow all policies.
