Qualifications

• Knowledge of DSM and symptoms of common pediatric diagnoses seen in PRP.
• Ability to create and implement Individual Rehabilitation Plans (IRP).
• Strong writing, interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Valid Maryland driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Implement on-site and off-site rehabilitation activities per IRP for assigned clients.
• Conduct intake meetings for children accepted to the PRP and complete paperwork.
• Develop and implement IRPs based on strengths and needs of children.
• Complete in-home or community visits monthly for each child.
• Conduct PRP group activity sessions for enrolled children.
• Provide case management, psychoeducation and transportation coordination.
• Ensure timely completion of notes, progress summaries, and IRP reviews.
