BTST Services is seeking a PRP Counselor to deliver individualized psychiatric rehabilitation services in Maryland. You will help clients, including children and adults, strengthen daily living and self-advocacy skills while working on IRPs.

Most work occurs in clients' homes or community sites, with occasional on-site meetings. You will collaborate with a Rehabilitation Specialist, travel within the service area, and provide crisis support when needed.

Qualifications

• Health-related degree or 30 credits in health field.
• At least one year of direct-care experience in a supervised mental health setting.
• Reliable vehicle with active insurance and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized rehabilitation services, 4–6 direct sessions per client per month.
• Develop, implement, and review IRPs with rehabilitation team.
• Build daily living, coping, independence, and self-advocacy skills.
• Identify barriers and connect clients with community resources.
• Provide crisis support and notify supervisor of concerns.
• Maintain timely client charts in the EHR per COMAR and policies.
• Participate in agency groups and monthly PRP meetings.
• Attend required trainings and complete related administrative tasks.
