Qualifications

• Experience working with children, with preference for groups.
• Knowledge of youth development.
• Ability to relate, motivate youth and manage behaviors.
• Ability to interact with the public (verbal and written).
• Ability to implement quality programs for youth.
• Be flexible, adaptable, and mobile when supervising groups.
• Able to organize and supervise members in a safe environment.
• Valid Driver’s License preferred.
• Pass background check and fingerprinting; 18+ years old.
• CPR/First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities before/after school or in summer programs.
• Promote and participate in program activities across domains.
• Provide guidance and role modeling; deescalate behaviors when needed.
• Maintain safety and discipline aligned with club philosophy.
• Record keeping of activities, participation, and issues; assist in meetings.
