Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising children during after-school hours, recording attendance, assisting tutors, maintaining participant documents, attending meetings, and managing supplies. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Content-specific experience (e.g. sports, arts, literacy) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with children.
• Ability to plan and carry out assignments independently.
• Ability to prioritize, adhere to timelines and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Providing homework help, facilitating activities and supervising children in programs outside of school day hours.
• Supervise and monitor children and take daily attendance.
• Assist tutors and activity specialists to manage and document behavior.
• Assist and maintain data collection and upkeep of participants documents.
• Attend all necessary program meetings.
• Maintain supplies and perform other related duties as assigned.
