Rocky Mountain Prep seeks a High School English Language Development teacher to empower Multilingual Learners toward academic excellence and language mastery. You will co-teach with content-area colleagues, provide targeted linguistic supports, and ensure rigorous access to grade-level learning for diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree (any subject).
• Pass a background check.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous ELD instruction using the E.L. Achieve curriculum and provide linguistic supports.
• Co-teach with content-area teachers to ensure access for Multilingual Learners.
• Adapt lessons for varying English proficiency levels and maintain high expectations.
• Use data, assess every four weeks, and track progress to inform instruction.
