Coleman Health Services in Wapakoneta, OH is seeking an Employment Specialist/Job Development Rep to help individuals in Auglaize County secure and sustain work. You will collaborate with local employers, assess job readiness, provide coaching, and coordinate supports to enable rapid re-entry into the workforce when needed.

Job description

Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs is seeking an Employment Specialist/Job Development Rep for our Wapakoneta, Ohio office.

The Employment Specialist will work closely with community employers and individuals in Auglaize County, Ohio with the goal of job placement and ongoing job support. The Employment Specialist will assist the individual in maintaining employment and will also assist the individual in rapid re-entry into service as needed in order to continue employment.

Job duties include:

• Job placement
• Job seeking skills training
• Assessments
• Job coaching and follow-up.
