Coleman Health Services is hiring an Employment Specialist/Job Development Rep for their office in Wapakoneta, Ohio. The role involves working closely with community employers and individuals to ensure successful job placement and ongoing support for individuals in Auglaize County.

The Employment Specialist will assist individuals in maintaining employment and helping with rapid re-entry into service as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with disabilities, mental health, alcohol and drugs, or related field.
• Ohio driver's license, clean driving record, access to a car and willingness to transport.

Responsibilities
