Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a part-time, hourly position in which you may work flexible hours up to 40 per week, including evenings and weekends. The role requires a bachelor’s degree as a baseline, with multiple alternative educational routes depending on experience.

Travel is required to homes and schools in Sullivan and Bradford counties. Benefits include voluntary dental and vision, a 403(b) plan, EAP, pet insurance, direct deposit, weekly pay, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any major with one year of paid experience.
• Associates Degree or 60 completed college credits with three years paid experience with youth or adults.
• High School Diploma or GED with one year paid or volunteer experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; EHR experience a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or a related field OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in any other major with one year of paid experience OR
• Associates Degree or 60 completed college credits with three years of paid experience working with young adults and/or adults or
• High School Diploma or GED and one-year experience paid or volunteer, working with young adults and/or adults
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience using an electronic health record system is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus
• Requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage
