Compensation Package:
JOB SUMMARY: The Employment Specialist provides case management and employment training services to program participants in the DC Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include assisting participants to identify and reduce barriers to employment, meeting emergency needs, job development and placement, job coaching, and providing on-the-job supports.
