• Valid driver’s license and ability to provide client transportation when needed.
• Professional demeanor and ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Flexible schedule to meet client and program needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of staff and clients.
• Knowledge of Employment Services programs and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and coordination of employment services.
• Supervise Employment Consultants and Job Coach including hiring, training, and evaluation.
• Ensure staff are trained and qualified to deliver services efficiently.
• Schedule staff to meet consumer needs and optimize service delivery.
• Maintain client files per standards and oversee monthly billing and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, referrals, and collaboration with Vocational Rehabilitation and schools.
• Manage program finances, billing accuracy, and budget adherence.
• Serve on committees and participate in required trainings.
• Ensure services comply with laws and CARF/DRS/VR requirements.
