Job summary

New Hope Industries is seeking a Community Employment Specialist to help individuals with developmental disabilities prepare for and secure employment. You will travel within Knox and surrounding counties using provided fleet vehicles, and work toward successful job outcomes with clients.

The role requires strong verbal and written communication, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test. A valid driver’s license with <6 points and being at least 21 years old are required.
