Job summary

UCP Heartland is seeking a dedicated individual to directly support clients in achieving competitive employment. You will manage a caseload of 6–10 clients, provide job development and on-the-job coaching, and ensure timely documentation within funding guidelines.

The role requires flexibility to work days, with some evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to orient, supervise and evaluate participants under agency policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a field relevant to the responsibilities
• Good working knowledge of computers, software applications and databases
• Effective written and oral communication and ability to relate to a diverse group of individuals
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt strategies to individual needs

Responsibilities

• Directly support clients in realizing their employment goals through instructional training
• Manage a caseload of 6–10 clients
• Provide job development, coaching and follow-along supports as needed
• Prepare and submit documentation within required timeframes and funding guidelines
• Maintain a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Orientate, supervise and evaluate program participants per agency policies
• Work Monday through Friday 8 AM–4 PM with possible after hours and weekend flex
