UCP Heartland is seeking an Employment Support Specialist (Job Coach) to help individuals with disabilities secure and maintain meaningful employment across the St. Louis metro area.

You will provide direct coaching, develop natural supports, and collaborate with employers, families, and VR counselors to ensure success. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with varied scheduling and a focus on independence and community inclusion.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Creative problem-solving and ability to think outside the box.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple clients and tasks.

• Provide one-on-one job coaching at community worksites across the St. Louis Metro area.
• Support individuals in learning tasks and building independence.
• Develop natural supports within the workplace and partner with employers, families, VR counselors.
