Qualifications

Assists in finding solutions to customer problems and applies critical thinking when solving problems. Deals with complex and ambiguous issues with poise and tact. Follows all applicable law, rule, and policy related to workplace and physical safety for staff and customers. Training: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

OR

Substitution: Additional qualifying experience as described below may be substituted for the required training at the rate of one (1) year of experience for every thirty (30) semester hours of training.

AND

Experience: Four (4) years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid professional experience. Two (2) years of the four (4) years must have been in a supervisory capacity.

OR

Substitution: Master's degree from an accredited college or university may be substituted for the required experience at the rate of fifteen (15) semester hours for every one (1) year of experience.
