BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Employment Partner in Los Angeles, CA, to lead the Labor & Employment defense practice. The role emphasizes strategic litigation leadership and client service in a top-tier setting.

The candidate should bring a robust background in labor and employment defense, with supervision of attorneys and staff and strong W&H experience. Portable business welcomed but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of employment litigation defense experience.
• Significant experience with wage and hour matters and employment class actions.
• Admission to practice in California required.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of labor and employment defense litigation from inception through resolution.
• Manage and supervise attorneys and legal staff within a collaborative team environment.
• Defend employers in employment matters, including wage and hour disputes, single-plaintiff and class actions, and discrimination claims.
• Conduct and oversee court appearances in Federal and State courts.
• Represent clients in investigations and proceedings before the U.S. Department of Labor, EEOC, and state and local agencies.
• Provide strategic counseling and risk management advice on employment-related matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to practice group growth.
