Job Overview

A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in employment-related litigation, including defense and counseling for employers. This role offers the opportunity to work on class action matters and wage and hour issues, either in the Los Angeles or Orange County office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, excellent writing and communication skills, and a demonstrated commitment to professional excellence.

Duties

• Defend and counsel employers in employment-related litigation matters.
• Handle class action cases, including strategy development and case management.
• Provide legal advice on wage and hour issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies.
• Assist in managing complex employment law matters from inception through resolution.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in employment-related litigation.
• Experience defending and counseling employers in labor and employment matters.
