Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Senior Employment Paralegal in California to support plaintiffs’ employment litigation. This role emphasizes class actions, PAGA, and wage & hour matters with a focus on trial preparation and discovery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of employment litigation experience, including class actions and PAGA, and can manage case deadlines, filings, and client communications in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Employment Litigation experience.
• Experience with Class action, PAGA, wage & hour, discrimination, or wrongful termination.
• Ability to support attorneys through all phases of employment litigation.

Salary: Up to $110,000 | Hybrid | California

We are a nationally recognized plaintiffs’ litigation firm known for taking on complex, high-impact employment matters against some of the country’s largest employers.

We’re looking for a Senior Employment Paralegal with strong litigation experience, ideally including class actions, PAGA, and wage & hour matters.

Salary/Benefits:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 to $110,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
