Title: Litigation Paralegal (Employment Law)

Locations: Los Angeles, Torrance, Irvine, San Diego, Riverside, Oakland, Sacramento, CA (Any location is fine)

Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Employment Paralegal with a strong background in wage and hour matters, class action litigation, and settlement administration.
• The ideal candidate will support our employment litigation team across all phases of complex litigation, including case management, discovery, drafting, trial preparation, and coordinating large-scale settlements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with wage and hour and employment class action cases from inception through resolution.
• Manage case calendars, deadlines, and litigation timelines.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including Complaints, discovery requests/responses, motions, deposition summaries, and correspondence.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in employment litigation/class action matters.
• Strong understanding of wage and hour laws, PAGA.
• Experience with class action case management and settlement processes.

Salary and Other Compensation

• The annual salary for this position is between $75,000-$115,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
