Law Firms is seeking an experienced employment paralegal to support complex class actions and employment matters in California. You will manage e-filing, conduct legal research, prepare briefs, TOAs and TOCs, and collaborate closely with attorneys.

Candidates should have 5+ years of paralegal experience, strong attention to detail, and proven ability to meet deadlines in state and federal courts. Hybrid role in Emeryville or LA with up to $120k annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in employment litigation.
• Direct experience supporting employment class action matters.
• Strong legal research, cite-checking, and brief-finalization skills.
• Experience preparing TOAs and TOCs.
• Familiarity with filing procedures in state and federal courts.
• Trial preparation and litigation support experience.

I'm partnering with an established plaintiffs' litigation firm recognized for its work in complex litigation and employment class actions. The firm handles sophisticated cases in state and federal courts and takes a trial-ready approach to litigation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced employment paralegal who enjoys complex legal work, takes ownership of litigation support, and wants to work closely with attorneys on impactful employment matters.

What You'll Do

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$100,000 – $120,000]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
