Job summary

Rise Services Inc. is seeking Employment Mentors to provide one-on-one, on-the-job training and support for clients, helping develop job-keeping behaviors, task analysis, and natural supports.

Mentors advocate for individuals on the job site and document daily progress while ensuring accurate time and billing records. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 21, have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with insurance, and be able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Must pass a background check.
• CPR/First Aid certification to be provided by RISE.

Responsibilities

• Supports and encourages people to maintain their jobs.
• Communicates with the client's supervisor at the job site regarding services and progress.
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Maintains a positive, professional attitude in all work relations and appearance.
• Maintain accurate time and mileage logs and billing information.
