Job summary

Rise Inc in Twin Falls, Idaho, seeks Employment Mentors to provide one-on-one, on-the-job training and support, helping clients develop job-keeping behaviors, task skills, and natural supports while advocating on the job site. You will document daily progress, conduct evaluations, and maintain time, mileage, and billing logs.

Requirements include at least a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, the ability to pass a background check, and CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• CPR/First Aid Certification provided by Rise.

Responsibilities

• Supports and encourages people to maintain their jobs.
• Communicates with the client's supervisor at the job site regarding services and progress.
• Must establish and maintain positive relationships with all clients and team members.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all work relations with appropriate communication/appearance.
• Maintain time and mileage logs, as well as accurate billing information.
• Document daily progress and conduct periodic evaluations to ensure clients are meeting their goals.

Our Employment Mentors act as an advocate for our individuals on the job site.Additionally, Employment Mentors will document their client's daily progress and conduct periodic evaluations to ensure clients are meeting their goals.
